Avrio Energie, which is part of the family-owned Leyendecker Group headquartered in Frankfurt/Main, has established itself as a best-in-class operator of renewable energy plants. Their portfolio comprises a cutting-edge biogas plant that generates both electricity as well as biomethane (renewable natural gas) from agricultural produce as well as animal manure. Thereby the company supports the improvement of its clients’ CO2 footprint. The renewable natural gas finds its application both in energy generation as well as in green fuels.

Andreas Krämer joined Deutsche Beteiligungs AG in 2022.

Andreas Krämer has more than 21 years of professional experience in the financial industry, including over 16 years in private equity. Prior to joining DBAG, he was a Managing Director in Oaktree's European Principal Group from 2011. Prior to that, he was a Principal at Cognetas (2005 to 2011) and an Associate in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley (2000 to 2005).

Andreas Krämer holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, and also studied at the University of Florida.
